Course Audit: Cohesion and Efficacy for OIDI

In this project, we conducted a full review of a six-week English for Specific Purposes (ESP) program made up of 30 two-hour lessons, supported by homework tasks and weekly assignments. Our goal was simple: to help the client strengthen what was already working well and refine areas that could better support learner progress.

Through a structured course audit, we identified key strengths, gaps in language skill development, and lessons that could benefit from clearer sequencing. At every stage, we gathered both qualitative and quantitative data, allowing us to make clear, evidence-based recommendations that aligned closely with the organizations teaching goals and timelines.

The review process was carefully planned to meet strict deadlines, ensuring the client could move forward with updates without disrupting their delivery schedule. Regular check-in meetings ensured open communication, transparency, and a collaborative working relationship throughout the project.
